Karolin Schech is a German Attorney at Law (Rechtsanwältin) and also has a qualification as certified Patent Paralegal.
She advises national and international clients primarily in aspects of German, European and international trademark law, in particular with respect to application strategies, defense as well as out-of-court and in-court trademark enforcement. In addition, Ms. Schech provides consulting in the field of competition law.
Karolin Schech acquired her specific knowledge in the field of Intellectual Property initially during her apprenticeship to become a Patent Paralegal as well as while she studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich with Intellectual Property and copyright law as major fields of study. She deepened these skills during her clerkship in the legal department of AUDI AG in Ingolstadt as well as in the trademark department of a well-known IP law firm. After the completion of her legal education, Karolin Schech has been working in IP departments of renowned law firms in Munich and supports the team of LexDellmeier as a lawyer since October 2018.
