Nice ClassificationThe Nice Classification was established by the Nice Agreement in 1957. It is an international classification system of goods and services for the purpose of registering trademarks. The system is specified by the WIPO and is used by more than 140 countries. It is updated every five years. Currently, the system divides the goods and services into 45 classes (classes 1-34 include goods and classes 35-45 embrace services). |
